say NO to uhuk uhuk. :(


ohohoi, since badan dah bagai di pam pam, i have/must/need to reduced my favourites. those foods yang contain aih, FATS. but but, yang tu la yang sedap kan. haha. cheese, cakes, chocolates. tp for cakes n chocs, masih xleh lepas. cakes tu xheran sgt but oh chocs, a must.

i love mac & cheese, lasagna, burger pun must ade cheese. not like a must yg xde kalu leh pengsan or bengong seketika. NO. but mcm i love to have it. tp now, no more. Breeks pun aritu mcm dengki, nk g mkn lasagna, bleh plak habis so xdpt mkn. ahha. burger pun now pilih burger yg NO cheese. sungguh xenjoy. but what to do.

say NO NO to cheese. :(

xpe kau fats. akan ku nyah kan kau dari badanku. sibuk nak bertempek bagai kt badan manusia buat apa. grrr. ;s cea salahkan fats pulak kan. HAHA.
