double post - no more!

just so you know, i've experienced it. for almost 3 mths+ (since i change my blog template) and i just realised it last month!

okay what is double post?
* it is the post that are repeated twice. (OBVIOUSLY LA KAN) hoho.

it is NOT because the template u change but it is because either u realised it or not, u clicked something before changing the template.

for example :

it will appear pretty nice before u scroll ur mouse down and u'll gonna see the post again and this is when u feel pretty sad. :(

but hey, actually m trying to teach u guys here how to fixed the problem but somehow when i type in the HTML codes that need to be removed, it does not appear. :(

nevermind, if u r experiencing the same problem, just google search it by the keyword..
